Property Summary

2 Sunnyhill Villas is a substantial semi-detached Edwardian property offered for sale, in need of renovation. Having most recently been used as a school boarding house, planning permission for change of use has been sought it offers enormous potential for re-design and further extension, with appropriate planning consents, to make an exceptional family home. High ceilings and large windows offer space and light.
On the ground floor the two large reception rooms and kitchen have been superficially modified with stud partitioning to accommodate school requirements. A large single storey extension to the side, currently a conference facility, could be easily incorporated within the house. On the first and second floors, the original five large bedrooms and two bathrooms are currently adapted for school use and additional shower facilities.

Currently, a shared entrance gate leads into a large parking area to the front of the properties and access point to the cottages to the right. This can be easily divided, to offer a more private access and ample parking for each property. The large, secluded garden at the rear has an expansive lawn enclosed by mature trees and shrubs and backs onto a school playing field.

Sunnyhill Villas are in one of the most desirable locations in Somerset, being just minutes from Bruton, but set on a quiet road in the village of Cole which lies in beautiful undulating countryside.
