Property SummaryThis 17th Century property with its original façade was converted and extended into this light spacious home in 2016 and has now created a great family space with a fabulous open plan kitchen/breakfast room with conservatory and double doors opening to a paved terrace and rear garden.
As soon as you enter the house, into the square hallway, your eye is taken through the part glazed doors towards this spacious kitchen. There is a good sized sitting room with warming woodburner and square bay window over looking the front garden, a second sitting room also with wood burner that could be used as a playroom, dining room or office depending on your need. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including an electric range and is light and bright with windows overlooking the side and rear. A good sized utility room with door to the garden and downstairs cloakroom. There is a large storage cupboard under the stairs as well as the unusual added benefit of a large lower ground storage area that can be accessed separately from the main house. It is believed that this links to another space that can be accessed from under the stairs.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the house and has views over the village, with excellent double cupboards on either side of a well planned ensuite shower room. There are three further bedrooms, two of good size and an extremely spacious and well finished bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outside - There is a lawned garden at the front and rear of the property as well as raised vegetable beds. A large double garage and plenty of parking.
